Country of delivery
Que Des Bonnes Vibes offers home delivery anywhere in the world.

Delivery method
Delivery is provided by the carrier chosen by the Customer when finalizing the Order. Once the Order has been shipped, the carrier will provide an order tracking number.

Delivery times
European Union and Switzerland: Delivery times are estimated at 6-7 working days from the shipment of the order.
Rest of the world: Delivery times are estimated at 9-10 working days from the shipment of the order.
Any order for a personalized product requires an additional period of up to 3 days.

Shipping costs
The delivery costs will be calculated according to the carrier chosen by the customer when ordering.
In the event of delivery outside mainland France, administrative and / or customs fees may be applied by the carrier.

France, European Union, Switzerland and Rest of the world:
Delivery is free for all orders of € 60.00 and over .


Returns and exchanges

In accordance with article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen days from receipt of the items ordered to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties. No withdrawal formulated beyond this period will be taken into account. The Customer wishing to return an item as part of the exercise of his right of withdrawal must comply with the conditions set out below.

During this period, the Customer must contact customer service at contact@quedesbonnesvibes.com specifying the following elements:

Delivery address
Email address of the linked account
If possible, the reasons for the return
If the customer uses his right of withdrawal, Que Des Bonnes Vibes will send him an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal as soon as possible.

Returned items must not have been worn / used and must be returned in their original packaging. Any item returned soiled and / or damaged by the Customer will not be taken back. Upon receipt of the package, Que Des Bonnes Vibes will judge the perfect condition of the / of the returned Product (s). No return will be accepted if the returned Product (s) has (have) been visibly used or damaged by the Customer, such use or damage rendering the Product (s) ) unfit for sale.If the return is refused for the reasons set out above, the Product (s) will then be returned to the Customer at the latter's expense without the latter being able to demand any compensation or right to reimbursement, with the exception of the subsequent exercise of its warranty rights on the Products sold

In the case of an exchange, the Customer will receive the new article within 14 working days depending on the availability of the products.

In the case of a refund, the payment method will be identical to that used during the initial transaction.

To obtain a free return slip, you can write to contact@quedesbonnesvibes.com. You will be provided with a printable voucher. You will then have to print it, affix it to the package and drop it off at a post office. Free returns only apply to shipments made from mainland France.
Any shipment made by the customer himself, without using the return form, will not give rise to reimbursements for the delivery costs of this return. These will therefore be the responsibility of the Customer. The first shipment of the Product remains the responsibility of the Customer and will therefore not be refunded.
